THE RESORT
Our main lodge has a rustic log bar where you can get a cocktail, also beer, pop, candy, pizza, sandwiches, fishing tackle, and many other items that you might need while on your vacation. Also available at the resort are fishing licenses, bait, extra boats, outboard motors, gas, oil, and hundreds of theories on how to catch fish.
We have a very nice gradual sloping sand bottom beach with plenty of chairs and lounges.
We have a fish cleaning house and free freezer service for your catch.
You will find Shady Nook a friendly resort where everything will be done to make your stay an enjoyable one.
THE CABINS
Modern, clean log cabins in a wilderness setting with reasonable rates, cozy log tavern, boat launch, and private beach. Check out our new campground! Perfect for tents and pop-up campers, including the popular "The Point" walk-in tent site - very private, and with its own dock - just like camping on an island the added perk of a hot shower, flush toilet, and access to your vehicle within a 2-3 minute walk from the site. Currently under construction (will have several sites available soon) camping available for RV's too!
One boat is furnished with every cabin and extra boats are available if needed.
