The WDNR, USFS, LCO proposed Joint Management Plan focuses on protecting the unique natural character of the Chippewa Flowage area and maintaining the high quality of its natural resources and recreational opportunities. The Plan also provides other important elements, such as a mechanism to coordinate management of the Flowage by WDNR, USFS and LCO and to allow the public continuing opportunities to be heard on Flowage management issues.
