COTTAGES
All units are nicely furnished and have gas heaters. The full bathrooms have showers. There are single units as well as adjoining units that range from one to three bedrooms, so we can accommodate both small and large families. The cottages are fully equipped for housekeeping with dishes. cookware, coffee maker, toaster and most have a microwave. There is an outdoor grill and picnic table with each unit. All beds are freshly made upon your arrival and have extra blankets. We do not supply towels, so please bring your own.
GROUNDS
We are fortunate to be in a quiet area perfect for the family on vacation. Our grounds are level and compact. We offer a beach with a swim raft for your recreation. For the kids. we have a large playground with jungle gym. We have docks at all cottages. Our campfire areas welcome our guests to get acquainted to make new friends or renew old friendships.
EXTRAS
We offer to our guests at no additional charge boat cushions, life vests, cribs and high chairs (please give advance notice), launch ramp, dock space, fish freezer service, fish cleaning house and lake map. We have six 14-foot boats for the use of our guests. There is no charge for this boat (only one allowed with a unit), and is on a first-come. first-serve basis. A boat can be reserved when you make your reservation.
For your convenience, we rent outboard motors, a pontoon boat and a 16-foot boat package which includes a 15hp Mercury motor, fish finder and trolling motor (to be rented as a complete package only). Please reserve these in advance. Fishing Hot Spots maps, fishing licenses and bait are also available on premises for your convenience . A professional guide from Hayward Guide Service is only a phone call away and we would be glad to make arrangements for you.

 PET POLICY.
Please. We Prefer you leave your pet at home. We charge $50.00 per pet per week. We do check for damage done by your pet and will charge you accordingly. Dogs must be walked on a leash, away from the resort.
They cannot be left unattended either inside or outside your cottage, you must take your pet with you.

Swimming. boating and fishing are not for everyone. Twelve golf
courses. a water slide, the National Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame, movie theater, flea markets, antique shops, horseback riding, mini-golf, go-carts. pontoon rentals, dinner cruises, fine restaurants and grocery stores are nearby.
 Fall brings hunters and hearty fishermen and women. We can put you in touch with an exceptional local hunting or fishing guide for your total package enjoyment. The winter is prime for snowmobiling and ice fishing. We are on snowmobile trail #33 and accessible from all directions. Winterfest and the Birkebeiner ski race are times you won't want to miss. No matter what time of year or the weather you will find something everyone to do and see closeby.

From the south, take 1-94 to the Osseo Exit, Leave 1-94 and follow CTH 'R' north to Augusta. There take Hwy. 27 north to Ojibwa, then west on Hwy. 27-70 five miles to Radisson. Turn north on CTH H for 8.5 miles, turn west (left) on CTH 'CC' for.3 miles and a right turn onto Sandy Point Road. We're 1/2 mile on right.
